Upstream Field Development Project Management

 About the Course

A project cannot exist in isolation. A project manager must not only maintain attention on the project's budget, timeline, and performance goals, but also adopt a wider perspective. A bigger field development program includes many projects. Success depends on maintaining a rhythm among connected tasks. You will learn how to deliver infrastructure and facility projects successfully, which are essential for timely oil and gas production.

After finishing, you'll be able to:

For successful project outcomes, utilize appropriate project management control tools.

For success, combine the disciplines of land, production, drilling and completion, HSE, and transportation.

Control connections between various projects and contractors

The main criteria for recurring projects in oil and gas programs are covered in this course. Both conventional and unconventional resources, such shale oil and coal bed methane, are highlighted.

Instruction, facilitated discussion, and hands-on exercises based on the instructor's triumphs and mistakes in the petroleum industry are used to deliver the course.

Target Audience
