Power Generation using Low Carbon Energy Options (LCEO)

 About the Course

A global transition away from fossil fuels and toward energy alternatives with less carbon footprints is now taking place. This training course's main goal is to provide an overview of the many technologies that are now accessible, along with each one's benefits and drawbacks.

This training program includes an overview of the numerous emerging and under-researched technologies as well as the political and commercial motivations for reducing CO2 emissions. Anyone involved in the strategic planning and implementation of plans that satisfies national, international, and corporate standards for greenhouse gas emission reductions in power generation environments can benefit from this training course.

This course is also offered as a hybrid eLearning course on demand.

training program goals

The following are the main goals of this training course:

to aid participants in gaining knowledge of climate change mitigation and adaptation measures. to improve the participants' understanding of and proficiency with renewable energy technologies.

to give participants a comprehension of the effects of the modifications in power generation.
