About the Course
This introductory course demonstrates the fractional distillation process, which transforms crude oil into high-quality gasoline, diesel, kerosene, jet fuel, lubricants, and subsequently chemical and refinery unit feedstocks. Experienced operators who wish to comprehend the "why" behind separation, fractional distillation, and splitting procedures as well as the "how" should take the course. Operators are introduced to fundamental equipment, process, and critical control troubleshooting methods in this training.
Target Audience
Supervisors, managers, and other non-engineering personnel who must have a core focus on refinery processing facilities, including technicians for operations and maintenance of process units.
